====== Instructions for submission ======

We are pleased that you decided to submit a paper (based on your talk at CSSP 2021) to the volume EISS 14. Below, you have **seven points** that you should take into account before you start writing. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

  - **Your submission should be based on original work which has not been previously published.** If you plan to include the essential content of your paper later in a longer journal article or book chapter, this is acceptable to us. 
  - **Every paper will be reviewed by two referees external to the volume.** When preparing the first version of your submission, we encourage you to already incorporate the comments you received on the abstracts. For the second submission, we ask you to include a cover letter with your revised manuscript detailing how you have incorporated the reviewers' suggestions. 
  - **There are two main deadlines to respect, [[start|the first]] (31 May 2022) for the initial version of your paper, and the second (15 September 2022), for the revised version.** Deadlines are strict; however, in the exceptional case you need a few extra days, please contact the editors about this. 
  - **There is a [[style_sheet|style sheet]] for the volume that you should do your best to follow when writing your paper.** 
  - **There is a [[latex_template|LaTeX template]] for the volume that you should use when writing your paper.**((In this connection, see also [[latex_bibtex_advice|LaTeX and BibLaTeX advice]].)) The use of LaTeX is a near-hard requirement, but exceptions can be made, if necessary. If your paper needs to be an exception, please get in touch with the editors beforehand. 
  - **The [[start|page limit]] for your paper will be strictly enforced.** In the interest of fairness and in order to keep the volume manageable, no exceptions to the page limit will be made.
  - **If you're uncertain about your written English, we strongly encourage you to have your paper proofread by a native speaker before submission.** 

Our aim is to complete the volume by the end of 2022, and we thank you in advance for complying with the  deadlines and the submission requirements.
